The belief - that what you need is often already there, waiting to be seen - is the thread running through my own path. I'm Allegra Henry, founder of Prisma Executive Development. Starting in 2012, my career began in social work, progressing to human services, learning and development, executive coaching, change management and organizational development. Different roles, one constant belief: people can change. We can grow, expand, heal, and become who we're meant to be for our purpose here. But that work is hard, and I don't believe we're meant to do it alone.

That's as true for organizations as it is for individuals. People are not a line item; they're an organization's greatest asset and its greatest source of solutions.
